Dirty fix. Deassign alt key. Reassign another key if you like. Reassign "lock target" to another key. leave control and alt unassigned.

Deassign the alt key entirely. Who uses "look at" often enough to need a hotkey. Reassign targeting to something else. If you have a G15 or similar, put that on G6. ctrl and alt are now ONLY shift/modifier keys.
